Hi there, my name is Fatemah and I am the writer, recipe developer and photographer here on saffron pudding.com. I am from Kuwait, a tiny little country ( with a lot of personality) in the Middle East on the shore of the Persian Gulf and just the south of Iraq.

For me Saffron Pudding is a way to rediscover my roots, my history and my Kuwaiti Middle Eastern traditions. To learn and cook the dishes that make our cuisine unique and beautiful. And along the way introduce that to the whole world.
